One More Trip To started as a shared spreadsheet of trips between friends who kept asking each other the same questions: which ferry, which neighbourhood, is the night train worth it. The spreadsheet became this site.

How a guide gets written

• Every itinerary was walked, ridden or sailed by one of us, on a normal budget and normal holiday allowance.

• Prices and timetables are rechecked when we update a guide and the update date is shown at the top.

• If something was disappointing we say so rather than quietly leaving it out.

How the site is funded

Some links are partner links. If you book through them we earn a small commission and your price stays the same. Which link we show never depends on who pays more; the details are on the disclosure page.
